Who knew that food could taste so good so quickly? Thanks to my good friend Sara J, I have been introduced to Cuisinart's Griddler and Panini Press Gourmet. I absolutely LOVE it! It's a great addition to any kitchen. We have seriously almost eaten every meal with this thing since we got it two weeks ago. It is so versatile. You can make any combination of yummy ingredients with it. I am a huge fan of hot sandwiches, so I've been grilling up a storm of paninis, quesadillas, grilled veggies, chicken etc. etc. The options are endless. Just throw leftovers in a tortilla, a wrap or some good bread and voila, it becomes crispy on the outside and warm and chewy on the inside! Yesterday for lunch we had turkey, spinach and feta cheese in a spinach tortilla. So good! I've even grilled frozen chicken tenderloins on it. You can use it as a grill, a panini press or a flat griddle. I highly recommend it to anyone. It's not just another appliance that will collect dust in your kitchen cabinets; this one will get used.

man, now i want a panini.
You should sell these on QVC, such passion you have! I do love a hot ham and swiss on sourdough. I'll have to try it out when i come visit.
I have been wanting one!! You know I see it being used on Food Network all the time... Hey my birthday's coming up... I bet I could get Josh to get it!! :)
That isn't a very nice thing to do to a pregnant lady Sarah... now I have to go buy one =)
just invite me over. I need a demo... girls' night?? :)
I have been wanting these too. I love hot sandwiches. You might have just sold me. I was leaning towards it collecting dust like the ice cream maker and juicer and food dehydrator. But if you say "NO" I may need to get me one
can you make cookies on it? No, seriously. I got hungry just reading your post. I think you need to bring me a sammy tomorrow when you drop Abbey off at pre-k. I'll be home.
I wish this would have been posted about a week agl--I bought a little sandwich press on a whim, and it's WAY too small to be versatile. *sigh* And now I'm hungry for something that won't fit in my press. *double sigh*
ok, i'm heading to the store to get one right now!
I am so sold. How much does this little gem set you back?
Yummy! We have a Cuisinart Panini maker and I love it (even thought I majorly burned my thumb on it last week.)
You are so much fun, I almost got one of these at Bukoos the last time we went to Utah but I wasn't sure I'd like it, now I wish I had( darn it)
